The Placentia Area Chamber of Commerce (PACC) Business Excellence Awards were created to recognize member businesses and organizations, whose achievements or community involvement, have made significant contributions to the economic and social well-being of the region served by the Placentia Area Chamber of Commerce.

We celebrate our local businesses and business people for this year’s Excellence Awards across 8 categories that are to be considered this year. Remember, celebrating achievement is as important as the achievement itself, so start nominating your business community.

In a fiercely competitive marketplace, it is important to focus on ways to set your business apart from the rest. Winning a PACC Business Excellence Award can benefit your company’s internal and external operations in the following ways:

  • Being recognized by your peers from all over the Placentia Bay Region positions your company as a leader to current and potential customers, as well as to your own employees.
  • By your peers from all over Placentia Bay positions your company as a leader to current and potential customers, as well as to your own employees.
  • This is a great morale booster for employees, providing an opportunity for their efforts to be publicly recognized.
  • Preparing the nomination provides an occasion to take stock of your goals and objectives, and a measure to evaluate your progress.

PACC’s success is largely due to the incredible enthusiasm of the Placentia Bay business community. Each year, a vital spirit fills the area when friends and colleagues from throughout this vast region gather at PBIS. Behind the scenes, the staff, volunteers, sponsors, presenters, and exhibitors work around the clock to prepare for Placentia Bay Industrial Showcase. In 2018, join us in Placentia to share the magic and energy of the area as we add this exciting element to our celebrations!
