East Coast Hydraulics has been in the hydraulic business for over 40 years. We take pride in our work, and the knowledge we possess within the field. We provide quality products and service, through our hydraulic design, fabrication, installation, engineering, and trouble shooting.

3 Full-Service Bays & 3200 Sq ft. Warehouse. Our service bays are complete service centers with 5-ton cranes which allow for safe lifting practices and provides our technicians plenty of space to work safely and out of the elements to complete your service on time and safely. We have a custom test stand up to 150HP allowing us to verify your product is functioning as designed and meeting the proper specifications. We also provide and oil flushing units, and our shop flushing unit allows us to condition your oil to a cleanliness level that you choose; we also have mobile flushing units so we can come to you. With our dehydration unit (HydacTM FAMH) we can remove both free-standing and saturated water from your hydraulic system. It is an offline system that allows for use while your system is in operation or while not in use.  Our pressure chamber is used to test hydraulic lines up to 20,000 psi, so that the hose can be certified or re-certified for use to the standard you require.

We are a complete hose and fitting center with a full compliment of carbon and stainless-steel fittings offered in both standard and metric sizes.  We carry more inventory than any other vendor on the island and we have 17 re-seller locations across the province to service your business anywhere. We are the exclusive Greenline hose and fitting retailer in the province. We are also a full-service machine and cylinder shop. With over 40 years of machining and repair experience our technicians are well positioned to meet your needs. We offer 4 lathes and the only TuxcoTM cylinder repair bench in the province. Our service centre includes equipment and personnel to fabricate parts or components necessary for repairs on boom trucks, dump truck, excavators, and any other machinery where hydraulic cylinders are used. We have a 2-acre lay down yard for all your equipment needs.

Port of Argentia is a heavy industrial seaport providing support to key industry sectors such as offshore and renewable energy, marine transportation, aquaculture and mining. The Port’s marine terminal features over 430 metres of docking facilities with up to 11 metres draft at three berths. Over 40 businesses operate at Argentia providing key economic activity and local employment.

The Port has established North America’s first monopile marshalling port in support of US offshore wind development.

The Port has partnered with Pattern Energy to develop Argentia Renewables, a proposed 1.3-Gigawatt renewable energy project to establish a wind-powered green fuels production facility that will see carbon zero green ammonia exported to European markets.

Argentia is the construction site of the Cenovus Energy concrete gravity structure for West White Rose Project.

The Cooper Cove Marine Terminal Expansion Project at Argentia, scheduled for completion by Q2 2027, will see capital infrastructure investment exceeding $100M, including a concrete caisson dock with a minimum 13 metre draft featuring the latest innovations in decarbonization and port electrification.
